You will receive your order in approximately 3-7 business days. If you have not received your order within the days specified please contact email@example.com. There can be the occasional customs or courier delay, which may affect your delivery timeframe.

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking details. Please use a residential or business address for shipping, please note we do not accept any PO Box addresses.
Shipping to multiple addresses
Unfortunately you may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address. Please contact us for assistance.
Louelle. will accept a return within 30 days from receiving your order and provide you with an exchange of items or full refund excluding shipping costs. The item/s must be in original condition and packaging. Item/s must not have been used, tampered with, washed or altered in any way and are returned to us in the same condition as they were received
Please be aware that there are NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES on sale items.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can allocate a Returns Authorization (RA) number for you. The cost of returning any goods to us is your responsibility. We will only refund shipping charges if we have sent you the incorrect item or if the item is faulty. Please fill out the returns sheet sent with your order to help us process your return as quickly as possible.

Once we have received your item with all tags remaining in place, we will ship your new item to you (for exchanges) or email you with confirmation of your refund. Please allow up to 14 days for exchange or refund. Louelle. cannot be held liable for the loss of items being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at email@example.com as soon as you become aware of the fault so we can urgently review the matter for you. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
